What we do differently
Most German firms hide their people behind a brand. Clients meet junior associates, deal with a back-office for filings, and never see the partner who will actually own the matter. We are the opposite: the partner whose photo you see on the page is the partner you will work with. Every page on this site has exactly one byline for this reason.
Every new matter gets a written, fixed-scope quote within one working day. Formation files are run entirely in English, with the notary and tax authorities handled in German by us. You sign a single contract, not a chain of sub-engagements.
How we work
You brief us. We scope and quote in 24 hours. We execute with the notary, Handelsregister, Finanzamt, BZSt, Transparenzregister, and your bank of choice. Status updates by e-mail at each milestone; in-person or video review on request.
What we do not do
No litigation. No trial work. No family law. No criminal defence. We are a corporate firm focused on foreign entrepreneurs entering or operating in Germany. When a matter falls outside our scope, we refer to a trusted specialist rather than pretending to cover it.
