Jonas Krüger

Biography

Jonas Krüger is a qualified lawyer and managing partner of the Berlin office of German Firma. He studied law at the Juristische Fakultät of Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and began his professional career as an intern at KPMG Germany in Berlin, working on corporate structuring and tax matters for international clients.

Over roughly ten years he moved from that generalist start into independent corporate practice, advising foreign entrepreneurs on GmbH and UG formations, cross-border mergers, shelf-company transfers, and group reorganisations between Germany and the rest of Europe. Today he runs the Berlin office and leads the firm's formation pillar: every standard formation brief touches his desk before notarisation. He is the byline owner for the firm's GmbH-formation, shelf-GmbH, UG, registered-office, virtual-office and bank-account pages.
